SP OC Nigel (Redesign)

I redesigned my character Nigel because I wasn't happy with his old look. I'm pretty picky about how my OCs are designed and tend to keep changing up their designs until I'm satisfied. (Which is never) :/

I'm still not a fan of Nigel's outfit, but I like his new hair better than his old one.
